What is proposed?

Mr P Kanagasabai has applied for a premises licence at 72
Baycliff Road, Liverpool L12 6QX to sell alcohol (for
consumption off the premises) 0700 - 2300 hours daily.
The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority,
Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L3 1AH
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR. Any
person wishing to make representations must do so in
writing to the Licensing Authority by 7/11/25.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application punishable with
a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
