Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Red Oak Taverns Limited in respect of Premises known as Yew Tree, Yew Tree Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 1PD applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to extend the start time for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and opening hours to be 0800 everyday (the terminal hour for both the sale of alcohol and opening hours to remain as existing) to allow for breakfast trading; also to amend or remove outdated or no longer relevant conditions, to be replaced with more up to date and relevant conditions and amend the hours for Children being permitted in the premises; all other licensable activities, hours and conditions to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, email to licensing.enquiries@westlancs.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Section, West Lancashire Borough Council, 52 Derby Road, Ormskirk, L39 2DF no later than 4th November 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
