What is proposed?
Application has been made by C M Restaurant Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Croydon for the grant of a new Premises Licence for the KFC at 744 – 746A London Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 6JA. The application includes the following terms: 1. To permit the provision of late-night refreshment from 23:00 hrs to 01:00 hrs (Sunday to Thursday) and from 23:00 hrs to 03:00 hrs (Friday and Saturday). 2. To advance licensing hours by 1 hour on the commencement of British Summertime to replace the hour lost.
