APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
What is proposed?
Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Steeplechase, 58 Bridge Street, Uttoxeter, ST14 8AP.
This variation has been submitted to request the extension of the following activities on a Friday and Saturday night only:
Opening Hours until 02:00
Sale of Alcohol until 01:30
Recorded Music until 01:30.
This application will also request change of layout by way of the following amendments:
Removal of internal walls around redundant kitchen area
Installation of new stud wall to create store area
Removal of fixed seating
Addition of designated sports area
Installation of poseur height tables and fixed seating
Extension of wall to right of DJ/karaoke area
