Licensing Act 2003- Application for a Premises Licence

What is proposed?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a premises licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made by Miss Zeliha Ozdemir To east lindsey district council in respect of premises which are known as Best Grill situated at 31 High Street, Mablethorpe, LN12 1AF.

The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, are as follows:

Late Night refreshment- 2300 Hours to Midnight. Supply of Alcohol(for consumption on the premises)- 1200 Hours to Midnight.

The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: Licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).

Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 06 November 2025.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to the Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the license application.
