What is proposed?
Mrs C Gedara has applied to Sefton MBC for a new
premises licence at Orrell Road Mini Market, 25 Orrell
Road, Litherland L21 8NQ for alcohol sales (consumption
off the premises) 0600-2300 hrs daily.
The application can be inspected at the address below by
appointment or www.sefton.gov.uk. Written representation
must be received by Sefton MBC Licensing, Magdalen
House, 30 Trinity Rd, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating reasons, by
6/11/25.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application, a person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should a false
statement be made.
