Notice of Application for the GRANT of a PREMISES LICENCE under the Licensing Act 2003
What is proposed?
Skylark Distillery Ltd applied to Bath & North East
Somerset Council on Friday 11th October 2025
for a licence to use the premises of a market stall on
Milsom Street, Bath BA1 1BZ for the sale by retail of
alcohol off premises every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing
Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/
licensing-register.
Representations should be made in writing to:

or by email to licensing@bathnes.
gov.uk by 17th November 2025.
Representations made will be disclosed in an
open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and is subject
to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the
offence.
