What is proposed?

Team West Ltd applied to Bath & North East Somerset
Council on 8 October 2025 for a variation of the premises
licence at Dominos Pizza 40 Moorland Rd Bath BA2 3PN
to increase the hours for Late Night Refreshment from
23:00 - 01:00 Friday and Saturday and 23:00 - midnight
Sunday to Thursday to 23:00 - 05:00 every day.
Notification of the application made to the
Licensing Authority is available on a register at
www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.
Representations should be made in writing to:
Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services
Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG
or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk
by 5 November 2025
Representations made will be disclosed in an
open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection with an
application and is subject to a fine of any amount
on summary conviction for the offence.
