Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence
What is proposed?
I/WE: Pear Tree Park Bistro LTD Have Applied to: Ealing Council for a New Premises Licence for: Pear Tree Park Bistro, Stockdove Way, Greenford UB6 8TJ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On- and Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (12:00- 22:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 04/11/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16, Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL OR email: licensing@ealing.gov. uk
The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_trading It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
