What is proposed?

Notice of application on 10 October 2025 to Somerset Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence
by Shell UK Oil Products Limited in respect of Shell Glastonbury, Wirral Park Road, Glastonbury BA6 9XE to; 1. Change the licensable area of the premises. 2. Update the plan attached to the premises licence. Representations to this application may be made in writing to The Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR by 7 November 2025. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available on the website: https://www.somerset.gov.uk/business-economy-and licences/licensing/recent-licence-applications/

Alternatively, a copy is kept at the above address and can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
