NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that H2B VENTURES Ltd
has applied for a premises licence to Cheshire
East Borough Council in relation to Bidlea
Distillery, Twemlow Lane, Holmes Chapel,
Crewe CW4 8DS. to permit the provision of
the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of
alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
Monday to Sunday 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs. The
licensing register and details of this application
may be inspected by prior appointment during
normal office hours at the below address. Any
interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in writing to, The Licensing
Section, Cheshire East Council Municipal
Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe CW1 2BJ or by
e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk Such
written representation must be received by
04/11/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon
which the representation is made in relation to
the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It
is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
