Tutbury, BURTON DE13 9LP Proposed Licensable
Activities – (j) Supply of alcohol (both on and
off sales) and adding unit 4 to Licensable Area
Opening hours – Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2300hrs
(no change to existing). Any representations must
be made in writing by 06/11/25 to: The Licensing

Any representation received will be available for
public inspection under the Local Government
(Access to Information) Act 1985. Applications
can be viewed by appointment only at: The
Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough
Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton
upon Trent DE14 1AA. A list of applications can
be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It
is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
for a Premises Licence. The maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction
