07:00-23:00. Any representations in respect of the application to be submitted in writing to The Licensing Team, Derby City Council, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby DE1 2FS or to
licensing@derby.gov.uk by 5 November 2025. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or
via https://www.derby.gov.uk/licensing/alcohollicences/alcohol-entertainment/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application punishable
with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
