What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice of application on 29th September 2025 to Malvern Hills District Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence by Malvern College for Malvern College, College Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3DF. To remove the existing conditions and replace them with up-to-date conditions, update the layout plans attached to the premises licence and add the provision of the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 23:00; Friday - Saturday 12:00 - 00:00; Sunday 12:00 - 22:30.
