Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (NI) Order 1985 Entertainments License
What is proposed?
Take notice that an application dated 17th October 2025 has been made under Article 3, Schedule 1 of the above order for the renewal of an Entertainments License permitting theatrical performance, dancing, singing, music, or any entertainment of a like kind including public contest and displays of a sporting nature at St. Clare's Community Hall, 55 Chapel Road, Glenavy, Crumlin, BT29 4LY.
Representations in relation to the application may be made to Director of Environmental Health, Environmental Health Services Unit, Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Civic Headquarters, Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn, BT27 4RL by giving notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application
