NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that Darlington & Simpson Rolling Mills Social Club Ltd has applied in respect of Darlington & Simpson Rolling Mills Social Club Ltd, DL3 0HX to vary the current Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the variation of the club’s opening hours to: Monday to Sunday – 11:00 to 00:00. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 30th October 2025 to the Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT, where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 16:00, and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application; the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
