What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Mr Manpreet Singh has applied to Waverley Borough Council on 10th October 2025 for a new premises licence for The Local Farnham, 28 The Borough, Farnham, GU9 7NJ.
The application is to permit the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and The provision of late-night refreshment (hot food and drinks) between 23:00 and 05:00 daily.
A record of this application is held by Waverley Borough Council, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey GU7 1HR, and can be viewed at the Council offices or online at www.waverley.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing (including by email) to: licensing@waverley.gov.uk by 10th November 2025.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
