Application For The Variation of Premises Licence

An application has been made by: Hildreths (China and Hardware) Limited

For the variation of a premises licence in respect of: Hildreth’s Garden Centre, 169 Wycombe Road, Prestwood, Buckinghamshire HP16 0HJ

The variations proposed are as follows:

1. Amending the licence plan to extend the licensed area to include the outside car park areas for ad-hoc events only

2. Adding Annex 2 Conditions

3. Adding licensable activities: Performances of Dance, Live & Recorded Music (both indoors and outdoors): Monday - Sunday: 12:00 - 22:30

4. Extension of Sale of Retail of Alcohol hours (for consumption on and off the premises):

Monday - Sunday: 08:30 - 22:30
