PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ms Rebecca Benson has made an application today, 4th October 2025, to South Oxfordshire District Council under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation of a Premises Licence situate at: 
The Cheesy Grape, 4 Market Place, 
Henley-on-Thames RG9 2AH 

The Proposed Changes: 

Sale of Alcohol
Friday and Saturday 11:00 hours until 01:00 hours
Late Night Refreshment
Friday and Saturday 23:00 hours until 01:00 hours
Recorded Music
Friday and Saturday 23:00 hours until 01:00 hours


Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, to the Licensing Team at:

IT IS AN OFFENCE UNDER S. 158 OF THE LICENSING 
ACT TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE 
A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN 
APPLICATION AND THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR WHICH A PERSON IS LIABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE IS LEVEL 5 AND IS UNLIMITED.
