Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that Mr Kemal Koca has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at: Elif Food Centre, 15 - 19 Wood Street, London, E17 3JX. The nature of the application is as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol/regulated entertainment/late night refreshments: Monday - Thursday 07:00 – 02:00, Friday 06:00 – 02:30, Saturday 06:00 – 02:30, Sunday 10:00 – 22:30.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF or via email: Licensina@walthamforest.aov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 30.10.2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
