NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003

We Ely PJ Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied on October 16th, 2025 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence for the premises known as Papa Johns of 643 Newmarket Road, Cambridge, CB5 8PB.
The variation is for the extension of hours late night refreshment is permitted daily from 03:00 to 05:00.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by November 13th, 2025 to:

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
