Notice of application to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water A Edgley Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/033/0053/106/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from inland waters known as the River Nene and un-named drains within the Middle Level System from a variety of reaches at Chatteris and Doddington, March, Cambridgeshire.
The variation applied for is to add the following reaches within the Middle Level System (National Grid References provided) to the licence:
TL 49081 98359 to TL 49866 97827, TL 49987 98318 to TL 49589 98658, TF 49905 00319 to TF 50211 00303, TL 48609 97870 to TL 48777 98180, TL 48972 99034 to TL 48320 98657, TL 47244 99530 to TL 47335 99346, TL 43089 95246 to TL 42982 94172, TL 43520 94062 to TL 43733 94777, TL 43761 94797 to TL 43950 95498, TL 43610 94253 to TL 43431 93619 and TL 49556 99356
to TL 49196 98811.
