Notice of Application for Variation of a
Premises Licence

We Emsworth Service Station Limited hereby give
notice that an application was made to Havant
Borough Council on the 7th October 2025 for the
variation of a Premises Licence to operate a
premises at: Emsworth Service Station, 21-25
Havant Road, Emsworth Hampshire, PO10 7JD
from which the following licensable activities are
proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the
premises 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday, and
Late Night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 hours
Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of
charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing,
Havant Borough Council, Public Service Plaza,
Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9 2AX or online at

www.havant.gov.uk.

Any interested party or
Responsible Authority may make representations
to the Licensing Section by email to

licensing@

havant.gov.uk or in writing to the above address
within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of
application was made as detailed above. The last
day for representations being the 04/11/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
to an unlimited fine.
