TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Beachcomber Leisure Ltd. Does hereby give notice that on 02 October 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a Variation to the Premises Licence at: ‘Molotov Cocktail and Vodka Bar’ 37 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, BN11 1LY. The licence currently authorises licensable activity (in the form of the sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment between 11:00 to 03:00hrs (of the following morning) Mon – Sat and 12:00hrs to 02:00hrs Sun. The application is seeking to vary the existing Licence to authorise the extension of the hours for licensable activity on Friday & Saturday nights by 1 hour to: 11:00hrs to 04:00hrs (of the following morning) Friday & Saturday. No other changes are sought.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and email to:

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
