Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied to Kirklees Council in respect of Pear Tree Inn, 259
Huddersfield Road, Mirfield, WF14 9DL for an application
to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003
to permit the following: This is an application to vary the
layout and design of the premises in accordance with the
submitted plan (drawing no 2543-501). The change consists
of updating the general layout following a refurbishment,
with new fixed seating, screen and accessible toilets. There
is also the addition of permitting the use of an additional
bar servery, until 22:00h on any day, on the lower ground
floor area, for the sale and supply of alcohol, as shown the
proposed plan. To add conditions to the operating schedule
in relation to the operation of the additional bar servery on
the lower ground floor along with some amendments to
existing conditions. Please refer to the full application form
held by the local authority for the full list of conditions. All
other permitted hours, activities and remaining conditions
currently permitted by the premises licence are to remain
unchanged by this application. Interested parties and
responsible authorities may make representations regarding
the application where they believe that the proposed
activities would undermine any of the four licensing
objectives. Any representations must be submitted in
