Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Far Grange Park & Golf Club
Limited in respect of Premises known as Far Grange
Caravan Park - Complex, Far Grange Caravan Park,
Hornsea Road, Skipsea, YO25 8SY has applied to East
Riding of Yorkshire Council for a Variation of a Premises
Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the area
covered by the existing premises licence to licence a field,
car park and sports areas adjacent to the complex for the
sale of alcohol outdoors for consumption on and off the
premises and the provision of regulated entertainment
outdoors by way of the showing of films, performance of
plays, playing of live and recorded music, the performance
of dance and the provision of entertainment of a similar
kind from noon to 22:30 on no more than 12 days a calendar
year in the area cross hatched on the plan sent to the
Licensing Authority with this application. All hours and
licensable activities currently permitted indoors on the
premises licence to remain as existing. To add conditions
agreed with Humberside Police as a result of this variation
and to remove the capacities shown on the licence because
capacities are now dictated by fire risk assessments.

2025 stating the grounds for representation. The Licensing
Register of East Riding of Yorkshire Council may be
inspected at The Licensing Authority, East Riding of
Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County
Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA
between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday and
between 09:00 to 16:30 on Fridays except public
holidays or on the council’s website

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
