Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Liam Dineen have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: JD’S Sports Bar Ltd, Box Clever, Northumberland Street, Horden, Peterlee, County Durham, SR8 4PX.
For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) Sunday to Thursday inclusive 11.00 to 23.00 hrs, Friday & Saturday 11.00 to 00.00. New Year’s Eve to 00.30. Provision of recorded Music (indoors) Friday & Saturday 23.00 to 00.00 hrs. New Year’s Eve to 00.30.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
