APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased)
Limited has applied in respect of Nags Head, 30 High
Street, Great Linford, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AX for an
application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 to permit the following:
This is an application to change the layout and design of
the premises in accordance with the submitted plan,
drawing number 06. The changes include the formation of
a new kitchen and accessible toilet, and to licence the area
with gazebos for the sale of alcohol. The opening hours and
licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are
to remain unaltered.
Representations to this application must be made in writing,
by the end of 5 November 2025, to the Milton Keynes
Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes,
MK9 3HH (where the record of the application may be
inspected during normal office hours or online at
www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
