What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE ISSUED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that I, David Marshall, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to the Longbar, Unit 2, Braithwell Road, Rotherham S65 4LH.
The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to:
 Extend the latest hour for the sale of alcohol on Sundays from 5.30pm to 10.30pm;
 Allow the outdoor consumption of alcohol.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk

The last date for the receipt of representations is 4th November 2025.
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
