What is proposed?

LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISC PROVISIONS) (NI) ORDER 1985

Take notice that an application dated 31st October 2025 has been made under Article 3 and Schedule 1 of the above Order for the renewal of an entertainments licence permitting theatrical performance, dancing, singing, or music or any other entertainment of a like kind, any entertainment consisting of or including any public contest, match, exhibition or display of boxing, wrestling, judo, karate or any similar sport, billiards, pool, snooker or any similar game, darts and any other sport or game prescribed for the purpose by an order made by the Department at Seapatrick Parish Centre adjacent to St. Thérèse’s Church,

Scarva Road, Banbridge.




Representations in relation to the application may be made by giving notice to the Chief Executive of Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
