TAKE NOTICE that I Claire Howard have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as First Floor 16-18 Bradford Road, Brighouse, HD6 1RW

For Provision of live music, provision of recorded music and the supply of alcohol between the hours of 12:00 and 02:00 Monday to Sunday.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 30/10/2025 date must be 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council)
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
