Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to:  Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk By 4TH November 2025 The record of this application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices above, It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
