What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION

APPLICANT – Ipfani Cocktails Limited – The Stones

PREMISES: 2 Railway Arches, Kitchen Street, Chester, CH1 4JH

An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises, sale of alcohol off the premises, provision of regulated entertainment including performance of live music and performance of recorded music, and provision of late night refreshment.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation

or via the QR code below. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, except bank holidays.

no later than 9th October 2025 – 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
