What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application for a Premises Licence to be granted; Our Lady and St. Edwards’ Parish Centre, 4 Marlborough Drive, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9UE.
I, Our Lady and St. Edward’s Parish Centre Management Committee hereby give notice that I have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises. The licence is to allow the following Licensable Activities: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption ON the premises – Friday / Saturday 19:00 – 22:00, Sunday 12:30 – 17:00, Live / Recorded Music – Saturday 19:15 – 22:30, Sunday 12:30 – 17:00.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during normal office hours or at

www.preston.gov.uk.


Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 3rd November 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
