What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that DNAYork Limited has applied
to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence
in respect of premises to be known as Cut & Craft Pop Up,
Kiosk 1, Victoria Quarter, Queen Victoria Street, Leeds,
LS1 6BE. The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are:1. The sale of alcohol (on and off the premises)
from 09:00 until 20:00 Monday to Sunday; and 2. Opening
hours of the premises from 09:00 until 20:00 Monday to
Sunday. Full details can be viewed upon the application
form lodged with the Licensing Authority. Any
representations regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by Entertainment Licensing,
Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR, or by
email to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
no later than
3 November 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The licensing register of Leeds City Council and the record
of the above application may be inspected at the address of
the council, given above, during normal business hours or
on the council’s website –
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should a false
statement be made.
