Notice is hereby given that Harpreet Gill and Sandeep Kaur Sandhu has applied for a premises licence to Cheshire West & Chester Council in relation to Gill Off Licence, 30 Church Road, Saughall, Cheshire, CH1 6EP, to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption Off the premises Monday to Sunday 06:00hrs to 23:00hrs. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA. Such written representation must be received by 30/10/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
