Notice of an Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence (Licensing Act 2003)Notice is hereby given that Andrew Black has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE for On and Off Sales of Alcohol Mon – Sunday: 0900-2300 for the premises Penstock Barn situated at: Canterbury Road, East Brabourne, TN25 5LL.

Copies of all representations will be included in public reports presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance, The Protection of Children from Harm. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
