Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that LONDON KIOSK GROUP LTD has applied to the London Borough of Camden for the grant of a premises licence to allow the use the premises situated at LONDON KIOSK, 111 KINGSWAY, LONDON WC2B 6PP for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol, off sales only, Mon-Sat 08:00-23:30, Sun – 10:00-23:00

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing no later than 04/11/2025 stating the grounds for the representation to the: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden) 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE Or email to: licensingrepresentation@camden.gov.uk

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at the following address, Camden Town Hall, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
