LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Patron Restaurant has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 30/09/25 to vary the premises licence in respect of 26 Fortess Road, London NW5 2HB. The proposed variation is to: Extend the current license PREM-LIC\3682 for the sale of alcohol, playing of recorded music, and late night refreshments (23:00-23:30) of No. 26 to include No. 24.
A copy of the application and the plans may be inspected at the Council’s offices and the licensing register. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing or online to: Camden Licensing Authority, London Borough of Camden, Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE https://www.camden.gov.uk/comment-on-a-licence
Such representations must be received by 29th October 2025 and should state the grounds on which they are made. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
