What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Westminster City Council on 6 October 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, 96-98 Queensway, W2 3RR for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol 10am to midnight Mon-Sun (2) late night refreshment 11pm to midnight Mon-Sun (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3 November 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: the Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
