What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Zaib ALI has applied to Bury Council (The Licensing Authority), for a Premises Licence for: Rammy News, 198-200 Bolton Street, RAMSBOTTOM BL0 9JE to allow the below licensable activity during the following hours: OFF Sale of Alcohol, 07:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY.

Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than 29th October 2025 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk

The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon – Fri or via the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
