Any person may make written representations about this application to Licensing, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annex, Sankey Street, WA1 2BH by 30/10/25. The application can be inspected during normal office hours at the above address and on the Council website. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5000.
