The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The off sale of alcohol by retail Monday to Sunday 08.00am until 02.30am. Any objections should be made in writing no later than 29th of October 2025 to: Licensing Team Ground Floor Town Hall Victoria Square Bolton BL1 1RU.

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
