What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: (Tim Wood, 9 Castle Gardens Crescent Carleton FY6 7NJ) Hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wyre Council for a Premises Licence for the sale/supply of Alcohol between 10.30 hours and 00.30 hours and the holding of regulated entertainment between the hours of 8.30 hours and 00.30 hours Monday to Sunday including public holidays) Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU no later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000. Dated: 11th October 2025.
