I Kate Goodey give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Crumbs Café, 31-35 Fore Street, Fowey PL23 1AH
The application is to:
Change of Licensing Hours Monday to Sunday 10am to 9pm
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 6/11/25

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
