Notice Of Application For Premises Licence

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Gold Box CW Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 2nd October 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at: House of Gods Hotel, 12 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4DD for the provision of regulated entertainment (Plays; Films; Live & Recorded Music; Dance; and Anything of similar description); the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Saturday 07:00-03:00 and Sunday 07:00 - 01:00, as more particularly set out in the application. The application proposes the same hours and similar conditions as existing premises licence no. 170313.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ, or licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk, to be received by no later than 30th October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk, or by appointment at the Councils offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
