Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence
Notice is given that I Abdul Wadod Mangal acting as director of London City Halal Pizza Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises details: Milano Express, Pizza in Peri Peri, 479 Cambridge Heath Road, E2 9BU. The proposed variation is Provision of late night refreshments during the hours Sunday to Thursday 01:00 until 04:00 hours, Friday to Saturday 02:00 until 05:00 hours.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
