What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Applicant: Ale House (Lincoln) Limited

Premises: The Hykeham Manor, Roman Way, South Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9UH (formerly known as Gateway Park).

North Kesteven District Council hereby gives notice of an application made to them to vary the Premises Licence for the above premises. The proposed variation(s) is/are as follows: -

The applicant wishes to: - Increase the alcohol sales times from the current 10:00 start time Monday to Sunday, to 09:00 start time Monday to Sunday (1-hour addition at the beginning of each day). - Increase the alcohol sales times from 00:30 to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays (30-minute increase on each of the two days) - To include the following seasonal variations regarding alcohol sales: Alcohol sales until 01:00 into bank holiday Monday mornings. New Year's Eve until 01:00 on 2nd January. *Alcohol sales times will be reduced from 00:30 to 00:00 Monday to Thursday.

All representations made by any persons or Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. The last date for representations to be received by us is 29th October 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
