Notice is hereby given We GUISELEY AFC LTD have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Guiseley AFC, Nethermoor Park, Otley Road, Leeds LS20 8BT

I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11.00 - 22.00. Activity will take place on the premises Live Music Monday to Sunday 11.00 - 22.00.
