Variation of Premises Licensing

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Bibowines Ltd applied to Hackney Council to vary the premises licence at: 88 Chatsworth Road, E5 0LS in order to make the following variation to the licence: Application for variation of premises licence to extend the commencing hours from 12:00 on Sat and Sun for on and off sales of alcohol, recorded music from 12:00 on Saturday and from 12:00 to 01:00am Sunday.

Details are also available on-line at: www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 23/10/2025. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
